Data collected and purposes

• Contact form and booking — name, email address, phone number, message. Purpose: replying to you and arranging the appointment.
• Contractual relationship — billing details and project material. Purpose: performing the contract and meeting accounting obligations.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed. Purpose: site security and visitor statistics.

No sensitive data within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection is collected.

Legal basis

Depending on the case, processing is based on the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures, on compliance with legal obligations (accounting obligations in particular), on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure, or on your consent where it is required.

Retention periods

• Enquiries that did not lead to a project: twelve months
• Accounting and contractual documents: ten years, in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations
• Technical data and logs: twelve months at most

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold or rented. It may be processed by the service providers strictly necessary to run the site:

• Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland) — hosting and email
• Google Ireland Ltd — audience measurement and fonts, where applicable
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd — measuring our ads (Meta pixel), only with your consent

Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland. These transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses.

The site uses technical cookies that are essential to its operation and, where applicable, audience-measurement cookies placed only with your consent. With your consent, the Meta pixel helps us measure our ads; if you decline, it is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time below, or delete these cookies in your browser settings.

Security

The site is protected by an encryption certificate, backed up daily and kept up to date. These measures aim to protect the confidentiality and integrity of data, although absolute security can never be guaranteed on the internet.
